Taste of Costa Rica – 3-night Ecolodge Program Enjoy three nights at the Ecolodge in Nuevo Arenal, two hours from Liberia Airport.This eco-resort has panoramic views of the volcano and lake that will take your breath away. Located in the rain forest, this eco-adventure center has kept nearly 550-acres of forest as a private reserve. Hiking and canoeing are just some of the activities included. Program includes three breakfasts, two lunches and three dinners.
Complete Experience – 4-night Eco-tour Program If you crave more than just a “taste,” choose the Complete Experience! Begin your adventure with two nights at the Ecolodge, an eco-resort and adventure center (described above). Day One-Visit Arenal Lake or go deep into the rain forest with the monkeys and birds. Day Two-Follow your guide through the 11-km of trails in the biological reserve and botanical garden. Day Three-Transfer to the Arenal Paraiso Hotel for two nights. Fly & Drive – 7-night Program Prefer an independent approach? Choose the Fly & Drive program in which you are the captain of your journey.You are met at the airport with your 4WD vehicle prepared to go on your way! Spend the first two days/nights at the Ecolodge, an eco-resort and adventure center described above under the “Taste of Costa Rica”. Day Three-Drive one hour through the misty cloud forests and verdant rolling hills to the Arenal Paraiso Hotel. Located in the northern region of the country, enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere with the best views of the majestic Arenal Volcano (active since 1969). Day Four-Move on to the Monteverde Area (a four hour drive) for the next two days and experience a variety of nearby excursions, such as the Monteverde Cloud Forest, Santa Elena Rain Forest Reserve, and the Butterfly Garden. Day Five-Drive three hours to the Flamingo Beach Hotel in Guanacaste for the next two nights.This resort is on one of the most distinguished white sand beaches in the area.
